Lorraine V. Murray

I always enjoy a good conversion story, and I have a lot of respect for Lorraine Murray's. I would have enjoyed the book more, I think, if she had dug deeper into the substance of her beliefs both before and after.

I guess because the main character was in her late 30's and widowed, it's normal(?) that all she could think of was finding someone to date. I couldn't really relate to that. The plot was simplistic. I'm looking forward to reading her book on Flannery O'Connor though.

It was ok, the writing was easy, but the characters were just flat. There was no real tension to keep the story flowing and to keep me interested. Take it or leave it, not a book I would be anxious to re-read.
