There are many other activities a child can participate in, and they offer many benefits, but intentional spiritual direction offers unique benefits that will pay off for a person's whole life. Easy-to-read, practical guide to incorporating Igantian contemplation into your life. The author coaches collegiate rowing, so he draws a lot of examples from athletic discipline, which might especially help some readers.
