I love this series, it's a few years after previous events and Reid has to deal with tragedy, injury and complicated politics, while Drake has come to terms with his past and has potential for his future, having spent some time in Manchester.

The women are so pivotal in the stories, and the lives are so messy but believable. I'm looking forward to season 4.

A girl and a misfit crime-solving gang convince the Doctor to save Christmas again.

The plot is complete gibberish, but that's okay because most of the focus is just on the characters, who are a lot of fun.
