This book is a wonderful quick reference for those who has ever had a conflict with anyone, anywhere. The slant seems to be more for the workplace, but from reading all the real apt suggestions, and great scenarios I feel that it can help us period. It is obvious that the author put a lot of time and effort into bringing us an easy to follow finger tip referee that can help us learn to just deal with life in general.
I especially liked the way she labeled the different kinds of manipulators and then the homework to help us move on through it like nothing. I feel that so much of our time is spent at work that when it comes to trying to all get along this book is a great solution. I would recommend it to anyone who has to deal with people and wants a way to head trouble off at the pass. Many of my clients will say, " I never saw it coming," and with an effective little guide like this now we will. Thanks Carrie.
