I'm not entirely convinced the two Campbell Soup books are by (1), but could be wrong. The "Ask Me Why" and the sticker books are both published by Miles Kelly, so likely the same person, but since I couldn't tie that Anne Marshall to a real identity, including any of those already divided (perhaps (3)?), they're in the unknowns for now.
