My Review (May contain spoilers, fair warning upon reading this review)

The Boy on the Bridge was such an interesting story. I chose this one as part of my Romanceopoly reading challenge and I am so glad that I did because I truly did love it dearly. It wasn't perfect or anything and nothing like Untouchable which in my mind is her best book. But This one was a bit different than I actually expected and it had a very refreshing feel to it because the hero is still a good guy just misguided in certain ways and just filled with hurt and anger so it makes sense in why he acts in a certain way. But the grovel was way too drawn out. I felt like the heroine was too hard on the hero with how long she took to forgive him. Yes he did something awful but it wasn't unforgivable when she knew he was on a plan of revenge. I was very interested to see how this story would grow and develop and even though there were aspects of how the conflict was resolved, I really had a fun time seeing this couple learn so many valuable lessons together.

It had some plot holes in the third act that to be honest didn't make sense why it was even placed especially as this is a standalone so it left some unanswered questions unless its connected to some of her other books. But if you are a fan of Sam Mariano, then you will have a good time with this one here.

Amazing story

First book I've read from this author but it definitly won't be the last.
I loved everything about it (even though I did expected it to be darker).
It's in my top 5 favorites.

Quickie Review (May Contain Spoilers)

So this book I had high hopes for but I also understood that this is one of her older books just with a newer cover and once you read it you know its not the writing she has been writing with recently. I am not sure how I feel about where she is going with Hannah to be honest. We shall see what happens if I want to continue or not *shrugs* But lets get back to Surrender.

I wanted to love Surrender. In fact, in the beginning it had such a solid start. I was immediately swept into the story and really enjoyed the whole "escape room" premise. However, once we get to the halfway mark, the story went downhill. It wasn't anything specific, the story just fell flat for me. It just seemed like there was so much raw energy to pull you into the story, and then it just fades into the background and I truly just became bored with the second half. It was disappointing to say the least.… (plus d'informations)

Quickie Review (May contain spoilers, fair warning upon reading this review)

Staying In Vegas, is the continuation of the Morelli Saga. I was wanting to see what this author would do with this story. I did NOT expect a love triangle at all. This is my least liked trope and was a bit disappointed this author went this way. It just went a weird way and I am not sure how I feel about this story. I will continue with the trilogy so I can find out what happens but will space them out here. But one of my more least favorite Mariano books. I do have high hopes that it will get better with the next books.

If you have read this series let me know if it improves!
