{My thoughts} – This is a cute little book about sharing. It asks questions about what should and shouldn’t be shared. It helps to teach the reader some basics in sharing.

The illustrations are incredible. Probably because I’m biased towards Giraffes and there are two illustrated within the pages. The words and the illustrations also go together nicely.

I recommend this book for any parent with a young child. It’s a short read and the illustrations allow for the ability to ask your child questions and hopefully get responses back from them.… (plus d'informations)

{My thoughts} – This book is about trying to sleep. It does the same as the previous and allows the opportunity to ask your little one questions and get responses.

The illustrations and the words match nicely within the pages of this book. Again there are Giraffes and I’m biased and in love with them. I think there needs to be a couple of books with the Giraffes as the main character. However, that is just an opinion.

I recommend this book to any parent with a small child. I’m sure that they will easily be able to slide it into a bedtime routine where it becomes one of the many bedtime stories being read each night.… (plus d'informations)

{My thoughts} – I really enjoy the simplicity of these books by Hilary Leung. They tackle simple concepts that most any child can understand. They have simple wording and the illustrations aren’t overly distracting. I have come to enjoy reading these particular books to my daughters. I can’t tell you the number of times we have read the “Will Bear Share?” book. It is endless and it is so rewarding to see their happy faces and smiles when they are being read over and over to.

This book is about hugging and how it is okay to want a hug and it’s okay to not want a hug. I myself am not much of a hugging kind of person. However, my husband loves to give out random hugs and high fives etc depending on his moods. This book helps to show children that they can do what they feel is right for them, just like the characters in the book. I enjoy being able to read them little stories that have nice little lessons attached to them. I am almost certain that this will become one of their favorites, like the previous books have.

I recommend this book to anyone looking to add a nice fast simple read to their child’s library. It can make a nice little bed time story or before nap story or anytime story. The anytime story seems to be the case more so in our house. I love that my children are growing up to love books as much as I love books.

{My thoughts} – Hilary Leung is back with a all new book. It features the same characters as the previous books of hers that I have read in the past. I really enjoy these books because they have bright colors. They are eye catching. They have short and simple words and they are easy for little ones to understand when it is being read to them.

My daughter really enjoyed this book. I ended up reading it a few different times to her. When she sees a book that looks familiar but is different then the ones she has been read in the past she kind of latches onto it. I love that she does this because it helps her to learn and build a stronger vocabulary.

As I was reading this book with her she was repeating some of the words and phrases back to me. She was also pointing at the characters in the book and having fun making me tell her what the characters were and what they were doing over and over again. After awhile I had to take the book and switch it out for a new, but she really wasn’t ready to be through with it yet.

I think this is a great book to add to any child’s book collection. I know for certain that it is a book that is going to be come a favorite in our house. It might also become a favorite in your house.
