Woodcut images make for an intense reading of this graphic novel, but the story fails to deliver. It's trite, and one is left wondering why, as detectives, they never act the part. Perhaps it's because following the serial killer is not really the main point, as dreams and childhood reminiscences get in the way. Quite pricey for such a quick read, but maybe they'll come out with a paperback?
