Sharni Layton

Sharni Layton was a champion Australian representative level netballer who later in her career crossed codes to become a successful player in the AFLW earning All-Australian selection. Seemingly living a dream life at the peak of her profession Layton was hiding mental health problems buried within her. This eventually led to burnout. This book gives an account of her journey through the elite levels of netball and football and her her battle to achieve and maintain good mental health.
