Great start to a new MC series. This is a new to me author who did a great job trying to create a world that is not like the majority of people live. Parts of the story I liked more than others but I'm hoping that with time it will get even better.

This one has been the best one by far. I got a better feel for the characters, I hurt for them a what they went through and lost. Miracles come in many ways. I'm glad they got their miracle.
Sure ended on a cliffhanger with who their guardian angel turned out to be.

This author keeps getting better. This is only the second I the series and I am enjoying it. There are times that the characters seem immature but not as much as the first book. I am hoping that some of the fluidity issues in the next story get worked out as it was choppy in a couple places.
