Unexpectedly powerful!

Okay, wow, wow, wow! I did not expect to find a nerdy guy who is very much not only a nerd and is actually a perfect hero. I didn't expect to find such a beautifully broken heroine with an extremely hard past.

This is the first book I've read of Koslin's and I'm glad I did! The plot was not anything like I expected though I wasn't sure WHAT to expect.

Kadance's and Lyndon's thrilling ride to outrun killers while trying to stop a horrific attack is one that you won't want to miss.

Warnings: Mature content that is shown in a good way however I recommend this book for 18 and older.

I voluntarily received and reviewed a complimentary e/copy of this book which I received from the author/publisher. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

Wow! What a great book! Action packed and intense! A story filled with hope.
Liliana is literally fighting for her life. Escaping from traffickers she finds herself at the mercy of a stranger. Meric stops for a bottle of water and finds himself proposing marriage to Liliana. Little does he know that his life will never be the same.

In Dangerous Beauty, Melissa Koslin delves into the difficult topic of human trafficking. She somehow manages to give us the ugliness of this reality of our world and the hope that those stuck in the darkness sometimes hold onto through Lilliana.

She is a strong character, and we see her story through her eyes through the first part of the book, making the discoveries and realizations right alongside her. From her point of view, we’re not sure whether we trust Meric or even like him.

And for those of you who enjoy the marriage of convenience trope, this book is for you. Not only do we get the marriage of convenience, but we get it in a high-suspense book that kept me turning the pages.

Disclosure statement: I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book and was not required to write a positive or negative review. All opinions are my own.

Another excellent book by Melissa Koslin. With action from the first page, we are thrown headlong into a dramatic story of secrets, suspense, and wonder. The story kept me guessing right up to the very end. I love how the romance blossomed slowly over time despite the obvious (to the reader) connection the characters have to one another. I also enjoyed the slow unravelling of motivation and history of the characters so I wasn't confident in who the true villian or hero were until almost the end. If you enjoy marry first and fall in love later type of stories but with intense fighting scenes - this book is for you! TW for human trafficking, but not graphic.… (plus d'informations)
