Lisbet Koerner

I was somewhat annoyed by this book; Koerner seemed to have an attitude of, 'So what if Linnaeus came up with the binomial nomenclature that is so robust that it is still used today? Look at all the other silly thoughts he had. ' I don't have Linnaeus on a pedestal, but I would have liked a more affectionate portrait. That said, it's worth the read. He DID have some wacky ideas and behaviors!
