This is a book to be read and digested over time. The meditations can be used in order. It can also be picked up and used as the spirit leads and your soul needs. This actually came at a time in my life when I was struggling with a death in the family. Kelly has done a great job.

One can really appreciate the short stories about the value of seemingly small life happenings and how one chooses to deal with them. A well thought out book.
