The introduction reminds me of "Apricots on the Nile", a very special and warm atmosphere.
And the author does not let the reader down afterwards, wonderful recipes,great photographs and lovely (right word for it) introductions to the recipes

Beautiful photos are interspersed with easy to understand Lebanese, Moroccan and Persian recipes. Recipes cover appetizers to desserts and there's a section on standard foods and spices that are often called for in other recipes.
