Arata Kawabata

Nijiko Momoyama is a nurse at Mitsugi Middle School. She is also a huge otaku for manga, anime and video games. She is happy to share that passion with one of her students, who of course immediately develops a crush on her. At that point, I was disappointed that it seemed the book would be all about the crush with fan service or some inappropriate relationship developing, but it surprised me by increasingly following Momoyama in her nerdy pursuits. What fan service there is is relatively mild and infrequent.

Unfortunately, the nerdy pursuits are so earnest -- with little humor or drama -- that they are dull. And while the boy has a little bit of character development, Momoyama seems pretty much unchanged from start to finish, giving the whole book a sense of pointlessness.… (plus d'informations)
