I thought this book was a really great collection of recipes. The author included a lot of diverse recipes, but they were all really simple and easy to cook. I really liked the 2-hour chili recipe, as it was balanced in spiciness and savoriness. But best of all it was really easy to make! I highly recommend this book for a beginner chef or someone whooping to try something new but not difficult.
