Lorenzo Kamel is Associate Professor of History at the University of Turin, Director of the Research Studies of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and Scientific Director of the New-Med Research Network. He is the author of five books including imperial Perceptions of Palestine: British afficher plus Influence and Power in Late Ottoman Times (2015), winner of the 2016 Palestine Academic Book Award. afficher moins

Well written, full of details, with interesting documents (from many archives, in the U.S, in Europe and in Middle East) never published before. It provides a new approach/outlook about the history of the Holy Land. I bought it during a journey in Milan. I hope that it will be translated abroad very soon.
