Jones challenges us to ask big questions and challenge underlying assumptions about our life. He especially turns this to how we think about church, decline, the role of ministers, and so on.

He provides valuable insights for those looking for new ways to address old questions.

A tool to help you gain a better perspective of God's purposes in the world and how you can be involved in His plans. You will discover how everything in your background has been purposefully arranged by God to make you the person you are. As you construct a panoramic timeline of what God has done in your life, you will isolate developmental gaps in your knowledge, character and skills to design a plan to address those gaps. Ultimately, you will produce a "Life Development Plan" to provide direction and perspective for yourself and your ministry. You will establish a set of strategies to work your plan as you complete the assessment.
