This is an excellent short read for church groups and college students attempting to understand evangelism and their important role in carrying out the Great Commission. Johnson presents 6 approaches to evangelism based on a persons personality (MBTI). I use this text in a Communication in Christian Ministry class in a Communication major in a Christian University. Students not only interact with the personality based styles but use the text to assess their own style based on personality and ministry gift characteristics unique to them. Students greatly appreciate the balanced presentation of Johnson and many renew their desire to be actively involved in evangelism. I know many students who have taken the text home and shared it with their pastor with the hopes it can be used to encourage evangelism in the church. The book gives hope to many who have felt they could not share their faith because of ridged requirements.
