This is my first FF romance unintentionally just as I was reading realized that I haven’t read anything that was just two females and it was amazing definitely a new favorite trope. Now onto the book I give this 4.5 ⭐️ 3.5

A very unexpected yet intriguing read that held my attention all the way through wondering what would happen next. The author has created a world that is beautiful, dark, unique and in it we are transported to see what Skilla is going through after being kidnapped yet saved from her awful step brother. I don’t want to give too much away because so much happens it takes for a ride. I enjoyed this because my mind thought the story would go one way yet it went a completely different way.

i don't knowwwww. 3.5 maybe?

see - i do like these characters, and i definitely enjoy the dom/sub vibes between stella and nathaniel. i was so bored with the story by the time the 75-80% mark came around though, and this happened when i read the first book too. i think the reason is because in both books the author has like a first conflict, and then a second conflict right at the end. and once i finish that first conflict baby i'm ready to tap out, i don't wanna stick around for another 50 pages.

ALSO, the most interesting part of this was the lucifer/esme dynamic and i would love some answers, i'd probably be down to read if she ever does write their book.
