Good book, goes through some of the big market crashes in history. Certainly opened my eyes to how the markets work.

Here's the gist of the book - the economy is/has just completed 'panic in the streets' mode and things are as cheap as they're going to be for a long time. If you need someone to hold your hand and tell you everything will be alright eventually (although don't be surprised if there are still some ugly surprises out there) then this is the book for you. It's pretty basic theory/cycles/diversification so if you've got those concepts down then you probably don't need to read this. Yes, the title will lure you in especially if you've been sideswiped by this economy and are just more than ready to get your money back (that's what happened to me, I can admit to being suckered). Not a horrible read but, word to the wise, get it from the library first and then decide whether you need to buy it.… (plus d'informations)
