I got something quite useful out of this and that's what matters. Like any introductory reference books, skim through that which you already know and don't need; or just have a look at the table of contents and the index. There were some occasional editing oversights but only in the natural language.

This is mandatory reading in addition to the user guide if you want to program in Lua or embed Lua.
As a mandatory complimentary material for the manual, it could avoid phrases like "is very simple" or Lua ... is "simple one" (77 occurrences of word "simple" in text :-).
