A good concept - focusing on being a really good 2nd - but a bit redundant and not that exciting of a read. So I recommend considering the leadership and learning opportunities of being a 2nd to a good leader. It's an important role and some us prefer this position to being in the spotlight. But I wouldn't spend more than a 1/2 hour skimming the book for the best ideas and then moving on.
