This book is hilarious, and I recommend perusing if you get the chance. It is watercolor sappy illustrations of adults holding babies. Then the story is a poem told from the baby's perspective about not shaking baby to death. It steps through all kinds of situations and basically says not to shake baby. I know this is a serious topic, but this book has a tone that is just off enough to be funny. Definitely a memorable book.

This book is perfect to read aloud to kids. This book is about a baby boy who is casually playing, but receives an unexpected visit from sherm the germ. The boy is confused why the germ decided to show up, and the germ was telling the boy many ways as to why he comes around and what to do to prevent him from returning again. “Doctor checks, ears, chest and mouth.”
