Oh, how I cried so hard at the end. The way our main protagonist, Laetitia, matured was worth it.

This book has a voice, carrying a scent of the English-speaking Caribbean.

Well written coming of age novel.

An essential book in my library. I work in the newsroom of a blended media house, I need to be sure everything we write is done properly. As a Caribbean person, it's nice to have a guidebook that understands our grammatical challenges.
