A moody horror/fantasy which draws on the mythology of New Orleans: hurricane Katrina, voodoo, loa, werewolves, vampires, the bayou, music and death. The plot was all over the place, and its resolution seemed to be squished into the final chapter.
I'm still on the fence about this book. I love the art work, and I am beginning to get into the story, but it has been a bumpy beginning. This is comic #5 and we are just now beginning to get enough back story for me to understand a bit about what is going on. I'll keep buying it, for now.
