Maybe it would be more interesting to a reader who has read the previous three in the series, but to me, who hasn't, the characters are very cardboardy (and if there ain't such a word, there oughta be).
Frankly, the antagonist is so insane, it's hard to accept he could plan and carry out his depredations and be successful and even get away.
The writing is rather strange, too, but perhaps it's because the author has feet in both these United States and the United Kingdom.
Not a book I'd recommend, but obviously quite a few people do like it.… (plus d'informations)
