Includes quick case studies to illustrate major themes and a slightly self-referential set of definitions for the realm of strategic design. I want to hear more about embedded design practices taking the strategic design approach, and the outcomes of their efforts. I found this by mistake, but I feel as if something incredibly important is being said, I suspect that it is brilliant, and to be honest, I am having a difficult time coming to terms with the new way of thinking the author is championing. I fear I am witnessing an emerging paradigm shift that is beyond my experience to comprehend.
