This is a useful and practical book on meditation. The chapters are short and conversational and all have a meditation practice described at the end. They are mostly everyday methods which anyone can incorporate into their daily life. I'm never especially good at meditation or making sure I do it regularly, but this book makes it feel very achievable.

An excellent guide with tons of practical advice. My practical take aways:

1) Different stages of meditation and how it shifts brain patterns
2) Entering meditation using 3 sighs
3) Feeling body sensations to enter relaxed mind
4) Deeper states of meditation
5) Using spot meditations throughout the day
