A fun read that has words in both English and Spanish. This is a great book to have in a Primary class that teaches kids words like "dog" "up" and "down" in Spanish
"Dias y Dias - Days and Days" brilliantly introduces the cycle of the four seasons and the months, climates, and activities connected to each individual season of the year. Incorporating both Spanish and English along with gentle illustrations on each page acts as an effortless method for young readers to be exposed to the common vocabulary of both languages while informing of the seasons of the year.
Fiesta! is a picture book that help children count to 10 in English and Spanish. As you read you count the amount of objects that are necessary in a party. The book is good to do share reading and have a Spanish speaker and a non Spanish speaker read the book together, however it would be more as a free reading book. The fact that the book count to ten in both languages it help the reader practice both languages with out feeling like it a task. I know when i was younger this book helped me understand the numbers in English because i had the Spanish ones underneath.… (plus d'informations)
