This book is about the several people from different countries from all around the world that claimed that they were the ones that invented the ice cream cone however, it is later explained that there was actually only one man named Italo, who invented ice cream cones and submitted records proving that it was he who started the cone buisness. This book is very informative and captivating too! loved it.

This book will be useful for putting your kids to sleep. It is a good bedtime book that countdowns from 10 houses until 1 lone swan curling in the moon; as your child counts along, they most likely will find themselves tiring. You can let your kids count sheep to go to sleep or help them along with this countdown book until they are finally "dreaming". I didn't find this book too entertaining, but it may be good to read to young kids during bedtime.

This book discusses a very popular topic with young people, ice-cream! It introduces six people who claimed they were the first person to make an ice-cream cone at the St. Louis World Fair in 1904. The book throws a curve ball when they reveal that none of the World's Fair ice-cream peddlers invented it at all. It was a man named Italo Marchiony. There is some speculation in the book since all the facts aren't known, but it tells the history of the ice-cream cone and tells it beautifully with its illustrations and simple text. It ends with a intimate authors note.… (plus d'informations)
