Through various relationships, treatment therapies, and continual struggle, Godwin shares his life with us. As a therapeutic tool, this book might be helpful. For personal use, it's more of a relatable story for anyone who has suffered from depression. The Depression Survival Guide at the back of the book is quite helpful.
