Perry Glasser

I won this on goodreads and thought it was something current. The copyright date is 1987 and the dust jacket was somewhat yellowed as it was probably sitting in a box for 25 years. I appreciate the author making it available but would like to read his more current work. The book is 120 pages of short stories some better than others. A fifty page work called "Mexico" was the best of the bunch. It is about a young American couple who go to Mexico for relaxation and drugs. The girl sours on the relationship and is attracted to a minor league baseball player down. there. Another good story is about a high school teacher who has a relationship by mail with a former female student. Perhaps Mr Glassner is releasing the book again but the stories are somewhat dated.
