This is one of my favorite cookbooks. Every recipe I've tried has been above average. Always a good choice, especially when looking for relatively easy quick meals, desserts, etc. One of my go to recipes is Bread Box Pudding which utilizes any leftover muffins, cookies, donuts, etc. The vegetable side dishes are a little different and always a winner. The only down side is that there are no illustrations, but that doesn't really make a difference to me.

With quick, easy-to-follow recipes, this cookbook will be one I return to again and again.

I checked this book out of the library, and it looked so good that I decided to order a copy of my own. Look forward to cooking some of these dishes!

Another good-looking Mr. Food cookbook with well-designed recipe pages (including nutritional information). I borrowed this book from the public library and have earmarked several recipes to copy and try soon.

Tastey, easy and fast. My favorites include Page 90-Carrot Bake, Page 95-Easy Eggplant, Page 104-Cauliflower Steamin' Stir-Fry, and Page 150-Grapevine Salad!
