Lila Fox

Kaylin is living on the streets when Jace and Mason find her dumpster diving for food. Her mentor is dead, and the men are afraid to leave her on the street, so they take her home with them. They have been looking for a little and think she may be the one for them. Someone else is after Kaylin and the men need to protect her until they figure out who and why. Will the three stay together? Can they protect her?

I enjoyed this story. The characters were good but needed a little more development. The story definitely needed more development. Kaylin is shy and quiet. Her backstory is there a little. I like tht the men dislike her putting herself down. I like that Kaylin responded to them and was willing to work to improve her education. She has a few surprises in store for the guys. They are law enforcement and learn some things they probably did not want to know. But they work for the good of all. I was glad the three of them could make it all work for them.
