Really enjoyed this. Annie's smart and kind, Charles is loving and helpful. He thinks he's broken and she lets him come to terms with that. Also, good love scenes. It did take me almost a month on the wait list for my library to get the next one, but I like it almost as much, if not more.

Those are some smart, sexy nerds. I learned, like, 3 new things today that I will remember tomorrow and a ton of stuff that is definitely over my head and will be escaping it shortly.

It's definitely not got an HEA or an HFN but I liked the ending, even though I am happily anticipating the followup.

I wanted so so badly to love this, but it ended up reading like a bunch of science jargon and weirdly clinical sexual description. I have a lot of complicated thoughts on this book and might raise my rating to a 4 depending on if the second book makes me feel better about the Harlow references.

This was seriously glorious. The first book was all Annie’s POV, and I’m so glad that here we have Charles’s POV too as it’s mostly his story. I mean this was love, and it took a lot of work for these two to get their HEA (yay for therapy). I adored everything about this and again am in awe of all the smarts here too.
