Excellent book on the buildings that Glasgow lost over the many years of its existence.

Even though by living here I've already known and seen with my own eyes, how quickly Glasgow tends to change and how easily buildings get demolished, this book showed me even more. Apparantely, it used to be even worse than it is now and by looking at the wonderful images of the long lost architectural masterpieces, I might have shed a tear or two. It doesn't help knowing how easily it was done and how many of them gone for so very wrong reasons.
