Library browse - looked at every picture but read very few words.
The thing is, this should be perfect for me. I love the idea of bringing the outside in, of having plants and flowers and images of same all over the house. I love the idea of simple salvage crafting, for making twig furniture, or using the shards of broken pottery for a mosaic. And the projects here are definitely doable.
But the authors' vision is far too busy and cluttered for me. Often it seemed like they took a nice room and piled in plants and natural materials and art inspired by nature.
I can easily imagine other folks loving lots of the ideas here, though, so don't let my concerns inhibit you from picking this up from your library.
