My library found a copy for me to read and I'm glad - but I don't love it enough to want to own my own copy. Definitely heartwarming. Too bad the ending implies that it's a true story, and the author bio reveals that it's not. And I was a little uncomfortable with seeing all the servants at their tasks. But yes, the basic story, with the two sisters and their different personalities, and with the bits of gentle humor, is just as terrific as the other reviewers say it is.
