Superhero tale of revenge and evolution
This novel, similar to a long comic book, deals with Sophia Dennison, destined to be executed for the murder of her husband, who not only escapes death but gains superhuman powers. She evolves and seeks revenge for the injustices done to her and her loved ones.
A pulp novel, it is quite engaging and reasonably well-written though ungrammatical in places ( i.e.”shined”). All told, it’s fun nonsense and recommended to comic book readers and anyone after a light read – with lots of violence!

Sequel to Evo: more super-heroes
Following on from the events of Evo, there are now loads of super-powered beings on Earth. Teams are created, good versus evil. Battles ensue: lots of dead civilians.
The writing has not improved and the Kindle version that I have is riddled with mistakes: on just a few pages, I found the following:

There are overlong battle scenes and it’s not particularly well-written. Not worth pursuing unless you like your comic book stories without pictures!
