Pot Cookbook, Instant Pot Ultra Cookbook (Kindle Edition).

This book is broken down into wonderful sections of Breakfast, Breads, Soups, Side Dishes, and Main Dishes. The first delight of this book is there being a second table of contents that is ingredients, such as apples, celery, milk, and the list goes on for many dozen more. There are a beautiful set of substitution guides and quick tip instructions for before-cooking.

The layout for this book is delightfully colorful and the pictures are incredibly fresh and vibrant beside it. Each recipe comes with nutritional facts at the bottom, laying our very clearly what you’re getting out of your food, for those counting.

Everyday Recipes, Instant Pot Ultra Cookbook” for an honest review.

This book is broken down into wonderful sections of Appetizers, Barbecue & Marindes, Beverages, Breakfast/Brunch, Casseroles/Meat Dishes, Chili/Soups, Desserts, Holiday Treats, Salads/Slaws, Salsa, Sandwiches, Snacks, and Vegetables/Side Dishes. I am most looking forward to trying Apricot Baked Apples, Zucchini Sticks, Miso Salmon, and so much more.

My only complaint about this book is the lack of any aesthetic formatting at all. It appears as only a long scrolling list of recipes. There’s not really differentiation between chapters and there are no pictures of even standout dishes to get the imagination going and to display the wonderful things being made, or even to showcase the use of the Instant Pot itself.

As with the other "Instant Pot" cookbook I recieved from this author (the Instant Pot Bible), I was looking forward to using the Instant Pot and being able to put it into my menu planning rotation. And, also as with the other cookbook, there is not a single Instant Pot recipe in the entire book. Or should I say collection of books. The author appears to have found a few cooking sites on the internet (like the Kraft) website, and changed the recipe wording just enough to keep from being in violation of copyright.… (plus d'informations)

I was very excited to get this cookbook. My mother got an Instant Pot a year ago but hasn't used it for much. I was looking forward to trying out some recipes so she would be able to use it more often. I was very disappointed that not a single recipe is for use with an Instant Pot. Many of these recipes and photographs appear to me taken from the USDA web page whatscooking.fns.usda.gov, although the recipe list and/or instructions are changed slightly, enough that the recipes can't be a violation of copyright, although the pictures are identical.… (plus d'informations)
