I have been waiting for D.M. Earl to give us Raven's story since the 1st book and it's finally here with book #6 from her Devil's Handmaidens MC: Timber-Ghost, MT Chapter. And I have to say I was blown away by the history of her past. I definitely didn't predict anything like it was.
Years ago Raven was engaged to be married and was blindsided when Ashton Sterling her fiance called the wedding off and left their engagement party with another girl. Raven has since been living with a broken heart and putting all her energy into working for the club with her computer skills. In this book, we finally get to see Raven show her emotions instead of just her jokes and it really opens her up and fully shows all sides of herself.
Ashton has been hiding lies and secrets for years now along with his family to protect them. The last thing he wanted to do was leave Raven but he didn't have a choice. When his brother saves Raven's sister the secrets can't stay hidden anymore. His family needs help and there is only one place to get it - the Devil's Handmaidens MC. The club agrees to help his family and he decides it's time to get his girl back.
I gave this one a 4-star rating and a 4-spicy rating. I loved how Raven and Ash finally connected again and fought their mutual enemy side by side for once. I always knew there was something deep that Raven struggled with and hid it with her jokes. A few things also come to light or are hinted about something bigger to come. Only the strongest love for each other can help them finally move forward instead of back and survive all they are up against together. Wildcat's book is next and I can't wait for this one!

Hannah takes her three best friends to the MMM23 signing. The idea is simple, but the journey proves to be a ride. The book is written in the present tense, so readers read the narrative in real-time. A personal pleasant way to read since nothing in the future can be foreseen and readers learn what happens at the same time as the characters. They are all tough women with boisterous traits, but it comes out as a common trait: it's difficult to distinguish the women without checking the chapter titles.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Glory is the 5th book in the Devil's Handmaidens MC: Timber-Ghost, MT chapter series by D.M. Earl. This one is a reverse age-gap romance that will pull you in and not let you put the book down. D.M. Earl gives us these amazing female warriors that have been through Hell to come through the other side each with their own personalities and pasts that they've had to overcome that you can do nothing but root for them.
It was hinted in the previous book that Glory was having a relationship with someone but it was a secret. Glory is the VP of the club and had a couple of issues with everyone knowing she was dating her Boo. One was that she was older than him, by 6 years, but it was still an issue for her. And two he was an Intruder. Thanks to Olivia coming into her life and her Boo giving her an ultimatum she lets the secret out just in time for her past to come back. The Thunder Club Knuckle Brotherhood is still not done with the club and this time they are targeting Glory. Everyone will have to band together to make it through this one and call in some outside help.
I gave this a 5-star rating and a 4-spicy rating. Finally learning all about Glory she just blew me away. I never would have thought her past would have been what it was. And her Boo (yes not giving away who it is) has been through just as much. Their past experiences are so similar they understand each other better than anyone else. The real stars of this book though are my boy Teddy and his girl Olivia. Teddy has found his Ol' lady and he does everything a man needs to do to protect her. His dad has shown him what a real man is and Teddy would make any dad proud. I can't wait to see what they're upcoming wedding plans will look like!

Dingo and Celee's story is quite the page-turner. She's on the run from her mob-related family. He and the Grimm wolves are trying to protect her. This adventure started in Texas and the "fun" just kept rolling in. Shootings, bombs, "gifts" left at Fury's fence and other items made for quite the unpredicatable story. Let's say that Karma, the tech guy, earned his keep in this story. Watching Dingo and Celee try to work through the baggage they brought to the relationship in order to make their relationship work really had you rooting for them. They both have good hearts. It was great to see how that developed. I love watching the Grimm Wolves kick butt. Familiar faces chimed in. Fury placyed a large role taking over while Brick and Emmie had the triplets. Shadow and her men come down to help. Many other wonderful items show up. Chains and his family show up. I enjoyed seeing the snippets of the whole gang. This is a book you really should read. The whole series is wonderfully good and well worth reading. It' sone of my favorites. This author writes in a way that will have you diving in and not coming up for air until the story is over. I only came up to write the review because the story is over and I'll be here eagerly awaiting the next one.....… (plus d'informations)
