Dr. Patricia Dixon is an Associate Professor in African American Studies at Georgia State University, where she teaches courses on African American male-female relationships and family. She is the founding president of the National African American Relationships Institute (NAARI).

i enjoyed it, good narration
I have just finished reading Rosie and Ruby by Patricia Dixon. Absolutely loved it and bawled my eyes out throughout. My hubby can't understand why I read a book that makes me cry. I keep telling him that if a book moves me to laugh or cry or any other emotion, it is a good book. It was a wonderful story and I will be reading more by Patricia.
What an engrossing story. So well researched and told. Absolutely loved it. Loved reading about the Marquis. They were so brave and contributed so much to their country and to the War. I shed quite a few tears. Dottie/Yvette was such a character and she wormed her way to my heart. Loved it
