This was my sport in high school. I was in terrible shape and was always one of the very last ones in but I always finished the course. One memorable event was such a hard course that when I finished, the organizers were almost done packing the truck. (A 30 minute course had taken me 3 hours.) But my bullheadedness for once helped: I came in third because everyone smart had dropped out.
But I still love the sport: an individual sport requiring thinking and moving at the same time, often a chore for me. But it makes the moving part easier at least.… (plus d'informations)
