Jonathan Dingle

This book is a great introduction to the topic and I found it really helpful. My two caveats would be:
1. I would have liked it to go into more detail on the "how" of mediation.
2. It does contain quite a few typos which suggest it was rushed into poring or that it wasn't proof-read properly before publication.
