Critiques

Some years ago I ran out of reading material during our holiday in Sardegna. This book on Italian cooking was one of the few non-Italian titles in the bookshop I visited on the Via Dante in Cagliari (my Italian isn't good enough, sorry).
It was an enjoyable read with a pleasant atmosphere which also helped us during the rest of that stay and the ones to follow: it tells how the Italians keep upright from a light lunch until a late supper.
