Flora Dare

The story opens by dropping directly into a world and leaving the reader to catch up, but there is enough detail to fill in the important parts, if with some additional curiosity. Lili is a sensible, relatable female lead who is occasionally unbalanced or anxious as things change around her but stands her ground; Cole is a careful, caring male lead who is occasionally lacking in perceptiveness but aware of this and open to being shown things.

There were a few points in this that would have been frustrating misunderstandings/complications, but the short overall length meant that they weren't focused on for long and/or were swiftly moved past.… (plus d'informations)
