Whilst I am interested in polyvagal theory the way this was written felt so dry and un-engaging to read.

Amazing topic that I am applying to my own inner learning process. It has really given me some practical tools and insights to work with.

This is a really interesting book, which covers a great deal of ground. I found it hard to unpack, because it’s very firmly rooted in polyvagal wording, but it is remarkably readable once you get used to that. I didn’t have time to finish it and I’m not sure if I will go back to it, but it offers useful insight.
