Dog

A stray puppy gets taken in temporarily by a family with too little room for a second dog in their home but lots of Christmas spirit in their hearts. I couldn't quite connect, but kids will probably like the simple, straightforward story.

A dog finds a teddy bear in a neighbor's yard and immediately claims it, but she has to do the right thing when she realizes the bear belongs to someone else. I was bored, but kids will probably like that the story is told from the dog's perspective.

My first library book..I just loved it and I cried..

The main character is a Puppy
This cute tale has a good span of age range and it will depend upon the reading ability of the person as to when it becomes tired, this author also has books that will satisfy the more able reader though this is not one of them. In Gus the gready pup the main character gets into trouble because of his need for food, he turns detective and does manage to solve the problem so that we get the happy ending. the writing is clear, concise and very open.

this story is cute

In this book a dog gets puppies but before that he gets lost in a field were strays dogs sleep. These stray dogs find Sam (the dog) and want to kill her. Just then her owners come up and scare away the stray dogs. They take Sam back home and Sam gets her puppies. Will the stray dog come back?

A short, cute children's book about a mysterious pony that keeps appearing and disappearing from a little girl's yard. She has no idea who it belongs to or where it goes when it leaves, and although it's all very obvious very early what is going on, it's a sweet little kid's book that I enjoyed reading.½

Really touching and an awesome read
