The love story in this one doesn't really flow. There is lots of extra back story about oil drilling that didn't really interest me except for the funny things Stephy and Gran do to try to deter them.
Stephy moves to Okalahoma when her family has to due to her father's health. They move in with Gran out on the ranch. There is a lot to get used to living in the country.
